Join Jo to experience this blissful Yin Yoga class. Through Yin Yoga we as a class share this innate feeling of letting go, of allowing the nervous system to release, through this we allow the body and cells to heal themselves.
With gentle music and the use of props, we observe that the mind becomes quiet and we enter this Yin state. Finish feeling relaxed and at peace after a beautiful relaxation in “Shavasana”.
