Being a qualified life and executive coach and image consultant, I have a passion for powerful conversations as well as unlocking the power of our presence to attract opportunities. Understanding the power of my mind and how I show up in the world, has transformed my life and my confidence.
Having moved to Ireland at a young age of 18, I have learned a lot of valuable lessons about transformation. From being an insecure girl who was unable to hold a conversation or even make eye contact to being a woman who speaks at conferences, events, and meetings, I have transformed my confidence. This has been a long journey of researching self-development books, taking courses, and diving deep into understanding what my limiting beliefs and stories were.
This curiosity led me to qualify as a life and executive coach with the Irish Lifecoach Institute as well as a Personal Shopper and Image Consultant with the Irish Style Institute. My mission is to be a guide on people's journeys so that I can help them achieve the transformation they seek both from the inside and out.
