Hello to all of you beautiful people, I am so delighted to have this opportunity to meet you and for some to meet you again, and explain how hypnotherapy and mind coaching are powerful tools to help you supercharge your self-esteem and self-confidence and maintain them to the highest level possible.
The terms self-esteem and self-confidence are often used interchangeably when referring to yourself. Although they are very similar, there are some slight differences between the two: confidence is a measure of faith in one's own abilities; esteem is about our sense of self. It involves both thoughts and emotions and influences how we perceive others and interact with the world.
When you love yourself, your self-esteem improves, which makes you more confident. When you are confident in areas of your life, you begin to increase your overall sense of esteem. You can work on both at the same time.
As well as being able to help improve your self-esteem and overall confidence, hypnotherapy and mind coaching can help improve your confidence and self-belief around specific areas, such as in work or relationships, or to boost your confidence around a specific goal such as taking a test, speaking in public, improve your performance...
We will end the talk with a short hypnosis session to help you BOOST your confidence!
