Being ‘stuck in a rut is something you may not even notice at first.  It builds up slowly over time.  Day after day, you might follow the same routines.  Do you find that every day seems the same, you feel unmotivated, unfulfilled, you want to change but fear the temporary discomfort that comes with it.  You feel trapped on a hamster wheel, spinning in circles and getting deeper into a rut.
