Saba is a certified yoga trainer with an ITEC Diploma, boasting over 18 years of personal practice and 6 years of teaching experience. She is dedicated to guiding her students through the transformative practice of Vinyasa yoga.

Her journey into yoga began as a personal quest to slow down and connect with her body, using breath as a tool for mindfulness. Through yoga, she has discovered the importance of being present and finding mental peace, and she is committed to helping others achieve the same. Her approach to yoga is rooted in the philosophy of achieving tranquillity by being present in the body.
