Stefano is a qualified Energy Healing Practitioner and he is been working with the Energy for years. He combines the Energy Healing Holistic Therapies to enhance the health and the general wellbeing of a person. This includes Energy Healing and Bio-Energy Healing with the integration of Crystal Healing and Sacred Geometry (when the situation require them), Guided Meditations and much more. He strongly believes in the Energies that surround us and of which we are entirely made and this guides him to expand his knowledge and his Energy Healing Modalities regularly.

Since he was a child, he has experiencing an high emphaty, high sensitivity and a feeling in the hands when he is close to a person that is suffering or simply sad. He struggled a bit during the childhood (and after) because of contrasting feelings and emotions, and after starting energy healing session with an extraordinary person (he will never thank her enough) he understood his emotions, his thoughts (yes, because they are energy and they can create positive and negative situations), his mind and how every single episode in our life leaves a trace in our Energy Field. Including a better understand of ourselves and “Who We really Are”. He has a background as an Architect and he started practicing Energy Healing to help the people in their life. We live in a very difficult society, where there is no place for emotions, for feelings and we live constantly under stress. The unresolved emotions, traumas, fears and so on, manifest themselves through episodes in our life or through our physical body, with ailments, mental issues and discomfort that very often we cannot even describe.

Stefano offers Energy Healing at different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual to help people, through his experience, to facilitate the body’s natural healing process, rebalancing the Energy Field, the Chakras system, cleansing energetic blockages and promoting relaxation. He calls all of this “an amazing journey”, where it is possible, become aware of what we have inside and finally “meet and understand” ourselves, and start a “self healing” whose goal is our wellbeing and happiness.
