My name is Nadia and I’m a Holistic Wellness Guide,  Mind-Body Practitioner and Yoga Instructor.

I help women combat stress to avoid burnout and manage their time, to be able to free up a few extra hours per week to do the things they love. With a passion for helping women thirive, I offer a safe space for all women to feel supported and heard. 

I also support women who feel they have lost their way, stuck or isolated, and have a desire for change, but are not sure how to go about it. Together we map out a path that is right for you, designing the life you want. 

I offer a partnership and I walk with you every step of the way. Together we can reach sustainable health through consistent daily actions and find what works for YOU.

After years of dealing with stress and reaching burnout, I know the importance of prioritising one's health. I have aquired a comprehesive method to help women design the life they want and my clients are able to walk away from our sessions with a toolbox of their own to feel better equpped for life's challenges.
