About

Hi Everyone,

As a relatively new start up at Junction 6 Castleknock, I am delighted to exhibit at the upcoming Dublin Mind Body Experience this September.

My bodywork offering draws from Thai Massage, Tui Na, Ayurvedic principles, Shiatsu and I integrate these with restorative Yin and Hatha poses.

Sessions take place on a padded 6 x 8-foot floor mat which can be optionally heated, especially to sooth areas where clients might be experiencing pain or just for extra comfort.

Clients wear comfortable, stretchy attire. Together, we explore passive and dynamic yoga stretches, compression techniques, and mindful breathing patterns. You could even call this a Lazy Yoga where I take your body through a flow of poses and apply various compression and percussion techniques.

As a former client of this treatment, I found it very therapeutic for mind, body and soul.

As a practitioner, I love working with clients knowing the benefits that they are receiving, and I find my work is deeply relaxing, meditative and rewarding.

Every session allows me to deliver:

  • 🌿 Increased mobility and flexibility
  • πŸš€ Enhanced performance and faster recovery
  • 🌟 Heightened body awareness
  • 🌬️ Mindful breathwork
  • 😌 Profound relaxation
