With a background in 5-star hotel spas across Ireland and experience as cabin crew with Emirates Airline in Dubai, I bring a worldly perspective to the table. Three years working in the Spa on cruise ships? Absolutely. But let's face it – life's not always smooth sailing. I've grappled with being an empath, overcome narcissistic abuse syndrome, and battled low self-esteem. Everything I share is rooted in the depth of my own healing journey – real experiences for real connection.
