Through its wide variety of programmes focused on understanding the self, Brahma Kumaris Ireland aims to develop the highest level of personal integrity and attributes of leadership. The primary tool for this is Raja Yoga Meditation, a simple form of meditation that puts you in touch with your inner resources. We teach meditation and related courses in spiritual and personal growth. The Brahma Kumaris has been active in Ireland for several years. In addition to regular courses and seminars, we hold monthly public lectures. All events are offered free of charge as a service to the community.
