Hi, I am Ana Silva. 

I believe that anyone can live a fulfilling life, find success in all areas, release generational patterns, and walk lighter—without feeling guilt or bearing an overwhelming burden.

Born in an era that still poses challenges for women, I have experienced first hand the weight of societal expectations. My journey of overcoming personal trauma and societal pressure has shaped me into a resilient and empathetic mentor. I donned the iron armor of a warrior woman, carrying this weight through life, and learned to transform my past into a stepping stone for a brighter future and a new life’s purpose.

Certified in Pranic Healing®️ , Family Constellations  and Systemic Therapy, my passion lies in healing the feminine and empowering people to release subconscious systemic blocks and self-imposed limitations, helping them achieve their goals with confidence. As one of the few practitioners of Family Constellations in Ireland, I have impacted the lives of over 50 families  over the past year and am currently running (possibly) the only  Online Systemic Therapy Group Coaching in Ireland.

A Brazilian woman living in Ireland since 2016,  also a mother, a dog lover, a homeowner... I understand the toll that “having it all” can take on us if not approached properly. I envision a fairer, more equal world where women achieve their "impossibles" and say their "enoughs" with loving and compassionate energy. I am passionate about helping women connect with their true essence and find ways to navigate all their roles with ease: motherhood, career, family life, and friendships. Running Women's Circles is one of my favorite things in life!
