Hello to all of you beautiful people, I am so delighted to have this opportunity to meet you and for some to meet you again, and explain how hypnotherapy and mind coaching are powerful tools to help you really love yourself and boost your self-esteem level. Remember that the person you are spending most of your time with is yourself and that in order to make the most out of life, you need to love and appreciate yourself and put yourself at the centre of your life.

The term self-esteem is used to describe a person's overall sense of self-worth or personal value. In other words, how much you appreciate and love yourself. It involves a variety of beliefs about yourself, such as the appraisal of your own appearance, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours.

Self-love/self-esteem is an ongoing process, not a destination to arrive at or a goal to achieve. As many studies attest, self-love and compassion are key for mental health and well-being, keeping depression and anxiety at bay.

We will end the talk with a short hypnosis session to help you towards the self-acceptance process.
