Embodied Yoga focuses on strengthening your connection with yourself, increasing your ability to feel and experience yourself from within. It works on 5 levels of your being called the 5 koshas (physical body, energy body, mind body, wisdom body and bliss body).

In Embodied Yoga, we use yogic techniques such as pranayama and asana to work with our energy (prana) enhancing our vitality, increasing our awareness of the mind-body connection and creating a balance of body, mind and spirit.
