Elizabeth Kavanagh is a Level 2 teacher Iyengar Yoga teacher. She has been Practicing yoga for 30 years and qualified as am Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2003. It takes 6 years of training to qualify as a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Iyengar Yoga Ireland represents the Iyengar Yoga community on the island of Ireland. It is a Member Group of the Iyengar Yoga Association of the UK and Ireland. Ireland has a strong community of yoga practitioners and dedicated teachers who have all qualified under the strict guidelines of Iyengar standards to continue the teachings of B.K.S.
