Dr Jwenish Kumawat

Jane is an environmental scientist. After completing her dissertation she felt compelled to take action. Transport in Ireland proved the best place to start. For the past 7 years, she has run 80max climate solutions, which to date has 1,300 people pledged to drive 80 kph as their top speed, organised the planting of 13,000 native trees and run four annual tree festivals.

Her work encourages people to take simple, fair and effective steps to reduce their impact on the climate. Jane is also secretary of the ICA (Irish Country Women's Association) National Climate and Biodiversity subcommittee.

A public health expert and certified meditation teacher, Dr. Jwenish Kumawat has been a key contributor to Ireland's health initiatives since moving to Dublin in 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his pivotal work with the HSE earned him a fully sponsored PhD in recognition of his dedication.

Driven by a passion for mental well-being, he leads Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY) and meditation workshops that have positively impacted individuals across Ireland and Europe. His diverse expertise in dentistry, public health, and mental health advocacy allows him to approach holistic health with a well rounded perspective.

In addition to his teaching and meditation work, Jwenish is skilled in Nadi Pariksha, an ancient Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis technique. This remarkable practice involves reading the subtle rhythms of the pulse to reveal insights into one’s physical, mental, and emotional health. Often described as a gateway to understanding the body’s inner workings, Nadi Pariksha offers a unique and personalized health assessment, blending the time-honoured wisdom of Ayurveda with modern wellness practices. A consultation promises not just answers, but a transformative journey toward holistic well-being.

As a prominent figure within the Art of Living Foundation, which is present in over 190 countries, Jwenish continues to inspire and guide individuals on their path to mental and physical wellness, showcasing the profound impact of holistic practices on global health.
