Deirdre Sheehan is a Level 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher. She has been doing yoga for over 20 years and qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2015. It takes 6 years of training to qualify as a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
Iyengar Yoga Ireland represents the Iyengar Yoga community on the island of Ireland. It is a Member Group of the Iyengar Yoga Association of the UK and Ireland. Ireland has a strong community of yoga practitioners and dedicated teachers who have all qualified under the strict guidelines of Iyengar standards to continue the teachings of B.K.S.Iyengar.
Iyengar Yoga is one of the world's most widely practised forms of yoga.
